Terroza Putty is water resistant white cement based putty for cement, plaster walls & ceilings. Terroza Putty can be applied even on moist surfaces (Internal / External).   It has more adhesive strength, durability & increases the life of paints. Terroza Putty though white cement based, does not require water curing. It renders a smooth & durable surface suitable for all kinds of paints.     Application Procedure   Surface preparation Remove all the loose adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush. Moisten the wall with sufficient quality of clean water.   Mixing of Terroza Putty Mix Terroza Putty with 35-40% clean water slowly to make a paste. Continue the mixing of material for 10-15 minutes till a uniform paste is formed. It is readymade wall putty for which no primer is required.   Application on surface Apply first coat of Terroza Putty uniformly on already moistened surface with the help of putty blade or trowel. Allow the surface to dry for at least three hours and then apply a second coat of putty. Leave the surface to dry completely. Always prepare the required quantity of Terroza Putty and use it within three hours of mixing with water. The total thickness of both the coats should be limited to a maximum of 1.5 mm. After complete drying of the surface, if needed, the surface should be rubbed with fine waterproof emery paper. The surface is now ready for painting.   Precautions while using Though it contains only non toxic materials still care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling. in case of contact with eyes or mouth, wash with plenty of water.   Keep it in dry place and out of reach of children.   Storage Terroza Putty should be stored in a dry place.   Packing Terroza Putty is available in 20 Kg & 40 Kg. Plug n Dike is a ready mixed bentonite putty that is ready to use straight from the tub/bucket. Plug n Dike seals off fuels, solvents and many other chemicals. Plug N Dike seals immediately and sticks to dirty, crumpled surfaces even with the fluid flowing out - No surface preparation is required. It is not a permanent seal as it will crack and dry out after a while. It will hold between 1-2 metres of head pressure. PRODUCT COMPOSITION:It is a fluid-applied, as a advanced acrylic elastomeric, designed to waterproof exterior vertical surfaces. It possesses outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. HOW IT WORKS: It cures the surface in two stage mode. First it deflects the ultraviolet light from the exposed surface because of which the sub surface is protected from further cross linking & retains the permanent elastomeric bond of the substrate. This eliminates the need for any new & separate application on the surface to repel dirt, mildew & pollution without sacrificing the flexibility of the substrate. It will act as a flexible breathing membrane allowing moisture & vapor to escape from the substrate or surface interior through the coating while remaining impervious to mass water penetration from the external side. It contains no plasticizers because of which the surface won’t harden or slump with age or changes in temperature.
