PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONWOODPOL COLORWOOD PRIMER or any shade is an economic interior primer designed to give adhesion, protection and resistance to varying weather conditions such as swelling due to absorption of moisture on wooden surface. It also protects wood from termites and pest attacks.It acts as a penetration primer and fill fine pores and open grains on a wooden surfaces and completely seals the wooden surface and reduce sinking of finish coat applied on wood. Also it gives toothing effect with excellent adhesion properties to the substrate and acts on a strong base for topcoat and hence serves as a good quality wood primer.In many cases it is even used as a finishing coat where decoration of the surface is not of paramount importance like interiors of cabinet, shelf, wall units and cupboard This primer can also be tinted with WOODPOL MELAMINISED PIGMENTED FINISH to match the base coat shade with that of finish coat.      GENERAL INFORMATION♦ Stir the contents well before use since soft sedimentation may occur on storage. Strain through muslin cloth in glass or plastic container. Mixing pot, stirrer & spray gun should be free of moisture since system is sensitive to moisture.♦ Mix only required amount of Base & Hardener to be used. Do not transfer unused or Left - over material after used into original container as it cause the whole container to gelled up.♦ Since system have limited Pot - life (after mixing Base & Hardner) after which they should not be used.♦ Recoating and Hard dry time may be more in case of High humid conditions and/or low ambient temperature.♦ Coverage & dry time varies depend on film thickness, quantity of thinner used & nature of wood. HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION ♦ Handle products in areas of good ventilation. Avoid inhaling vapours since product contains volatile organic solvents.♦ Wear normal protective overalls. Solvent resistant hand gloves, eye goggles are recommended. Avoid skin contact.♦ The product is flammable and the container should therefore be kept away from fire & spark or any ignition source.STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL♦ Store in original container in cool, dry & well ventilated place.♦ While Handling, avoid inhalation and skin contact. Perma Master Coat- RI is a high build, heavy duty industrial coating based on epoxy resin and hardener. Perma Master Coat- RI is especially developed to provide anti corrosive protective coating to metals and concrete surfaces which are subjected to aggressive chemical atmosphere. The product is supplied as a two-pack system comprising of dark red base and hardener. It requires only on site mixing to produce an easily applied decorative and chemical resistant finish. Perma Master Coat- RI coating can easily be built up to higher thickness by subsequent coats.
