· BET Surface Area Analyser has been specifically developed for B.E.T. Surface Area as per ASTM D-1069, D-3037, D-4315, D-4567, D-4620, ISO S4652 & USP 846. Amount of Nitrogen gas adsorbed by sample at liquid Nitrogen temperature is measured. Surface Area is then calculated using BET Equation.
· Pore Volume & Porosity by Nitrogen adsorption, 3-Point Surface Area as well as Multi-Point Surface Area Analysis and Pore size distribution can be performed with this Analyser.
· Analyser can be operated in Stand Alone Mode guided by Microprocessor on LCD or P.C. Mode with Menu-driven software for Operation and Data Processing. Windows Based Software is used for guiding the operator throughout the Analysis & Data Processing. Surface Area, Pore Volume & Pore Size Distribution calculations are automatically done with this software.
· Average Pore Diameter & Average Particle size can also be calculated based on certain assumptions.
· Arrangement for sensing ambient temperature for data processing is offered.
· Adequate spares for 1 year are supplied along with the Analyser. Accessories such as Sample Regeneration System, Gases, Gas Mixing Device, Cryogenic Container, Gas Regulator etc. can be supplied along with the Instrument at extra cost.
· Analyser can be supplied as split modules, viz. Pneumatic System & Electronic Unit for Glow Box applications.
· Dual Sample Port to eliminate sample exposure, with ease of operation for the Glow Box application can be supplied as an option.
· Auto Calibration Facility is provided using a Standard Sample as reported in ASTM.
