Vertical Multispindle Tapping Machine

- Machines are gear driven and the speeds can be changed by pulley - They are suitable for inside as well as outside threading with taps & round split dies respectively - In the Vertical model machine, the spindle of machine travels automatically with the help of a suitable lead screw (as per the threading job). The travel of the spindle can be reversed and stopped with the help of limit switches provided - All the gears and shafts are tempered and ground and the pillar shafts are hard chromed - In the Horizontal model machines, the tailstock moves with gunmetal bushes on Hard Chromed Shafts - In the Horizontal model machines, the threading can be controlled to the desired position and reversed by a built-in stopper (in model Horizontal TR-20/25) and by limit switches control stopper (in model Horizontal TR-20/40).   Standard Accessories: Electric Motor, Panel Board, Jig Fixture, one set of lead screw, die holders for round split dies for outside threading of size 1", 1.5" and 2", tap holders for inside threading of range up to 13 and 40 mm, coolant system including electrical pump, tank, filters, etc. Optional Accessories: 150 mm Self Centering Chuck in lieu of jig fixture, additional sets of lead screw as per job requirement
