The head space of any packaging contains any one of these gases or a mixture of these gases and the success of packaging depends on the packer's ability to correctly prepare the product and to control the concentrations of head space gas within the desired limits. In case of N2 or CO2 flushed packaging, the Head Space Oxygen Analyzer helps to measure the quality of modified atmosphere by detecting raised levels of Oxygen. The analyzer can also be used to determine the Oxygen concentration where the modified atmosphere is oxygen enriched (50-100%). The IR/UV Based Fire Detector easily detects fire by detecting its three critical features such as IR emission from the hot CO2, UV radiation (185 mm to 260 mm) in the area surrounding the solar bind and continuum black body generated by IR radiation emanating from fire. Having a flameproof enclosure (with two windows), the Fire Detector can be easily mounted on a wall with the help of a stand; this stand’s view can be adjusted for bringing the viewing window in the line of sight of the spot where fire outbreaks can happen.Working : The detector gives a "fire alarm" (red led glows) when all the three chosen fire parameters are detected. The IR/UV Based Fire Detector easily detects fire by detecting its three critical features such as IR emission from the hot CO2, UV radiation (185 mm to 260 mm) in the area surrounding the solar bind and continuum black body generated by IR radiation emanating from fire. Having a flameproof enclosure (with two windows), the Fire Detector can be easily mounted on a wall with the help of a stand; this stand’s view can be adjusted for bringing the viewing window in the line of sight of the spot where fire outbreaks can happen.Working : The detector gives a "fire alarm" (red led glows) when all the three chosen fire parameters are detected. Simultaneously a relay output is available. When only one of IR or UV radiation is detected yellow led glows to give a "warn alarm" and also a relay output is available. The detector also provides an analog 4-20mA output and MODBUS RS485 digital output to indicate the above events.
