The machine can stop running to ensure safety and reliability in case of no vacuum inside.

The Machine has got three legs suspension to check the vibration formed due to unbalanced rotating fabric / material . The internal rotating perforated basket is dynamically balanced and made up of stainless steel ( 304 ). The outer drum is also of stainless steel (304). Extractor is a horizontal model compromising articulated belt conveyor assembly, which transports the feed with a slow pre-determined speed, with an adjustable damper screw to maintain the bed height. Series of solvent sprays through a distributor, sprays evenly throughout the bed height.

Moreover, our hydro extractor has very low moisture retention. special features : outer casing : the outer casing is made of strong m.s. Sheet mounted on a solid cast iron base. On the top of outer casing solid cast iron top cover is fitted.inner basket : inner basket is made of s.s. Sheet 304 grade. The basket is perforated. As the basket is balanced properly, there would be no trace of vibrations when it is running with load. This basket is bolted firmly to the shaft and is fitted in a strong housing with specially designed gun metal bushing, so that the basket cannot be thrown out. In this housing specially designed rubber bushings are provided to absorb the shocks while the basket balancing is done.drive : the main drive is given through suitable three phase or single phase electric motor mounted on the backside of hydro extractor. The vibration free silent drive is given through ’v’- belts and accelerated by self acting clutch pulley minimizing the starting torque and overloading of the motor. It also prevents violent rushes of current.starter, door interlock safety device & brake arrangement : the dol starter is fitted on the outer casing of the hydro-extractor. The door interlock safety device is provided to the hydro-extractor, ensures prevention of starting the hydro-extractor when the top door is open and cuts off the cycle when the top door is open while hydro-extractor is running. Hand operated powerful braking arrangement is provided to the hydro for smooth functioning.
