The whole running of the machine including cleaning, drying, cooling and distilling is under the vacuum condition, which is controlled by vacuum detecting device. It will automatically make the vacuum supplement by vacuum pumping if the vacuum readout is lower than the set point. The machine can stop running to ensure safety and reliability in case of no vacuum inside.

Hydro-Extractor consisting of rotating dynamically balanced inner drum and stationary outer drum made out of stainless steel confirming to ANSI SS 304. The inner drum is perforated and smooth with Top discharge opening rotating at high RPM, such that due to centrifugal force the garment/linen will be squeezed and loose water and moisture will be removed up to 50-60%. The rotation is achieved through pulley &belt system with an efficient clutch &Brake mechanism. The complete assembly is suspended by three cast Iron suspension column mounted with spherical seating Ball arrangements.  A simple and central lubrication system is provided for easy maintenance purpose.  The drive is from a vertical TEFC Motor of 440 Volts, 3phase 50 cycles of 1440 RPM  An easy spring loaded leg brake system with brake linings.  The volute chamber (Bottom collection) is made out of M.S. Plate.  Equipped with shake absorbing spring with leg brake for fast stop.  Extract water from wet garment and spin dry by high speed rotations.
