Vibratory Finishing Machine is specially designed rubber lined bowl having three component mechanical vibrations vertical, horizontal & gyretary, which can be tuned independently to suit any specific job for the optimum finish of parts. The components to be deburred finished, are loaded into the bowl, along with specific proportion of media, water & finishing compound. Then optimum vibration are set, these vibrations make components and media along with compound roll over each other and interact rigorously, resulting in Deburring, Finishing, Descaling, Discoloring, Burnishing, Smoothening & Brightening of components. The finish depends on the type and size of media, type and composition of chemicals, vibration pattern set etc. & of course the cycle time given.

Band Paper Filter” is an endless sturdy metal-jointed band conveyor, fitted to form a semicircular loop between two rotating disc wheels.The filter paper is inserted between the Disc Wheels and the tensioned conveyor. The medium to be filtered is introduced into the tank through the central inlet pipe.By positioning the pipe centrally, the medium to be filtered can be received directly from the machine by gravity into the filter unit. The structure does not require a lift pump.

The "sepro Gyroscreen" is a circular highly efficient Gyratory screen with adjustable multiplane three component mechanical vibration. The heart of gyroscreen is the robust specially made vibrator motor which is designed for long trouble free continuous operation. The vibrator motor has double extended shaft fitted at each end with variable eccentric weight. Motor is rigidly mounted on circular vibrating table on rugged springs. Number of interchangeable spacing frames having discharge outlets along with tensions rings fitted with screens cloth can be mounted one on top of the other, on the Vibrating table with the help of clamp rings.
