The oil bleaching process begins with optional acid treatment to neutralize residual contaminants. The oil is then mixed with activated earth using a mechanical mixer that ensures uniform distribution. This mixture is transferred into a main bleaching vessel where vacuum and heat are applied to enhance the decolorization and adsorption process. Live steam injection is optionally used to improve the efficiency of the bleaching earth. After the reaction period, the mixture is sent to hermetic filters, where the used earth and impurities are separated from the purified oil. The system is fully enclosed, minimizing oxidation, and maintains hygienic conditions throughout the process.
