The dialer waits till an agent becomes free, and then progresses onwards to dial the next number on behalf of the agent. System will pop up the call information to the agent at the same time the number will be dialed automatically i.e., when agent is ready, CRM will be popped up immediately call will be initiated to agent once answered, call will be connected to customer number. On completing the previous call (or moving from "Wrap-up" to "Go ready") the system automatically dials the next number on the list.
