TUNNELWASH SERIES​ These are systems where parts to be cleaned are passed through a tunnel on conveyor where different process take place. They are for degreasing and cleaning simple geometry parts, in-line and one piece continues flow for higher productivity. POWERCLEAN SERIES​ These are the Single-Chamber Multi-Process systems. They cater to cleaning requirements of parts that have geometries and blind holes and higher contamination levels which cannot be addressed by the basic Aquawash series.Depending on the requirement/application these systems can feature: High Pressure Spray cleaning ( 4 to 25 bar) Immersed flood wash Rinsing process Rust Inhibition process Basket rotation/Oscillation Coarse Filtration Fine Filtration Hot Air drying Ultrasonic for finer cleaning PLC/HMI based system control Graphical Process Visualization on HMI Safety Interlocks All areas coming in contact with liquid media are made of SS-304 material. MULTLINE SERIES​ These are the Multi-Chamber Multi-Process systems. They cater to cleaning requirements of parts that have complex geometries and holes, higher contamination and productivity required is high.
