Entirely new unique system to ensure solution to the problem of water and particulate in fuel. Unit is supplied as a portable system with control panel which comes with water separator and magnetic fuel conditioner. It is completely reusable system without any replaceable element.  

This is independent & portable standalone system which has inbuilt pump & motor thus no need of engine oil pressure for drive. It can be moved on wheels from one place to another and can be used for multiple applications on-board where engine mounted centrifuge can’t be fitted. Standalone system is particularly useful for main engine & other oil cleaning applications on-board like Diesel Oil Cleaning, Hydraulic Oil Cleaning , Gear Oil Cleaning and many more. We supply this unit as per power supply requirements available onboard, available in multiple voltages & multiple frequency range.

OILMAX WASTE COMPACTOR for garbage management on ships aid to comply more stringent ANNEX-V regulations in marine industry. Oilmax waste compactors can compress almost all types of garbage generated onboard & greatly reduces the volume of garbage using high capacity hydraulic power pack arrangement; In most cases the output from a compactor is a block of material which facilitates the shipboard storage of garbage and the discharge of the material in a port facility. Our compactors are manufactured to high quality for powerful stroke & simpler in operation comprising automatic stroke and allow you to combine a week or two of garbage into one bag. Marine waste like Empty Drums, Boxes/Cartons, Metal cans, Plastic Bottles, Cardboard, Paper, used filters & similar waste produced on board can be easily compacted to smaller volumes for safe & efficient storage. Compacted waste (1/10th Of original volume) can be stored in more quantity for longer duration & can be disposed off at a convenient & most economical port reception facilities.

This model is directly mounted on engine and is driven by engine lube oil pressure. Since mounted in bypass line, it only takes a small flow from lube oil discharge line and cleans oil by removing particles upto 01 micron by achieving rotor speed upto 8000 rpm. It is a multi-pass cleaning process and completely removes the finest dirt from oil including carbon soot which conventional in-line filters cannot remove. Engine mounted centrifuge is particularly useful for all auxiliary engines & some of the main engines also. We supply centrifuge along with complete installation kit including heavy duty mounting bracket, stainless steel inlet hose, gasket, nut-bolts, and spares & tools etc.

Unit is designed for diesel oil filtration to remove particulate from diesel oil ensuring optimal fuel quality which prevents wear on fuel injectors, pumps, and valves. Stainless Steel Cleanable Primary filter of 50 microns & secondary filter of 25 microns are provided; different micron ratings are provided as per requirements.  

The extension of service life of hydraulic and lubricant Oils onboard is gaining prominence due to many considerations including environmental pollution, conservation of natural resources and the economic benefits associated with extended Oil service life. Particulate contamination can degrade critical physical properties of Hydraulic oils, promote oxidation/hydrolysis of the base stock, and induce depletion of additives. The resulting breakdown of Oil properties leads to increased chemical and physical wear processes. The removal of fine dirt is important in extending the service life of hydraulic oils and hydraulic system components. Contamination is often found in the hydraulic systems on which much of the expensive, vital machinery aboard ship depends for its power and control. This dirt is too small for the naked eye to discover which can contaminate hydraulic fluid, enough to bring things to a grinding halt. The incorporation of Oilmax centrifugal filters in addition to inline filters provide effective means to control particulate contamination in hydraulic and lubricant fluids. Majority of hydraulic system failures are related to particulate matter contamination of the hydraulic oil. Taking care of the oil in the system will prevent the untimely replacement of the oil, save considerable costs, and protect the hydraulic equipment.
