The Unit measures the Surface Resistivity of the foil, used in the manufacturer of Power Factor Improvement Capacitors. 16x2, alphanumeric backlit LCD is used to display various parameters like resistivity and the setting of the width of foil. The Setting of Width, High and Low Resistivity limits of the foil is achieved by keeping the unit in program mode, and use of Increment / Decrement switches.
