Smartsaal make rf admittance type level switch with disc probe is basically used for sensing the chute blockage in the hopper. It senses jammed condition of the hopper due to clogging at the discharge points. Switch is used for sensing chute jamming of iron ore, cement, lime, food stuff, milk powder, flour, salt & plastic granules. The sensor is to be mounted in the hopper with the help of flange. The heavy duty rugged design makes it ideal for sensing material clogging of hoppers of iron ore, sand, cement and food grains. The disc probe is fabricated out of ss material and provided with uhdmwpe teflon insulation. The heavy duty ss probe withstands the abrasion of material & provides effective sensing. It is designed with special sensing probe using special coat guard circuit, which will ignore effects of deposition on the probe. Control circuit can be integral with sensor probe or it can be mounted remotely if temperature at the product is higher than 100 degree cent. When the electronic circuit is integral with probe, control circuit is housed in cast al, ip 65 enclosure fitted on the sensor itself.
