As in our country there is large amount of solar energy available this could be used to dehydrate the agricultural produce. This dry storage cold run on back up system of any other fuel like LPG or even waste from farms. With the time eating habits of people are changing ready to eat , ready to cook food products are increasing in demands. Use of powders is increasing , many snacks industries need dehydrated powders for their products. This type of project could be installed in any interior village because it is difficult to carry their agricultural produce in big cities , after drying the volume and the weight of material reduces and it results into reducing in transport cost.
