    • We are offering self propelled access scissor work platform. Hydraulic power pack compact system consists of dc motor, gear pump (dowty), solenoid dc valve (yukenatos) pressure control valve (polyhydron) pilot operated check valve (polyhydron), suction strainer, breather filler, oil level indicator with sight glass and oil tank. The power pack is controlled by push button. Hydraulic cylinder-ground and hard chrome plated piston rod fitted with seamless honed tubes. Seals=polyurethane with back ring. Main structure-the base and structure are made from rolled pressed. Scissors are made of tubular rectangular pipes of suitable section for tortional rigidity yet light in weight section with self lubricating bushes. The complete structure is consist of maximum horizontal and longitudinal stability and minimum deflection. Drive unit-3.5 hp dc series wound traction motor of suitable speed in each direction. Steering-spring assisted control handle steering lock on 80o each side, control head with butterfly knob speed control switch with lock and collision switch. Brakes mechanical shoe type, coupled to brake drum to control drive speed. It brakes automatically when handle is released. Functionoperation-the platform is raisedlowered, forward reverse & steering arrangement by two numbers hydraulic cylinders operated by a power pack system from top platform. Push button is used to lower, raise, forward, reverse, left-right turn and stop the platform at any height. Bearings-life time self lubricating bearings at scissors assembly, pivot points and two nos. Sealed ball bearings provided in rollers.

Black color cross strips on chassis and platform as per safety rules. Removable type tubular guardrails of 1200 mm height witd door for safety of the operator. Hydraulic Safety Electric power failure freezes top platform instantaneously due to check valve. Pilot operated check valve freezes top platform in case of excess flow due to hose failure. Manually operated lowering valve arrangements will be provided on bottom hydraulic command for lowering down of top platform in case of power failure.
