Raw material meant for briquetting should ideally not have more than 45% of moisture. Such a criterion is a must for this process so as to obtain high quality and efficient fuel. How-ever raw-material in their natural form has a lot of moisture that need to be dried out before processing. Our Turbo-dryer CTD 60 is very handy for this purpose. Our powerful machine can decrease their moisture up to 15%. It is especially useful for evaporating moisture out of fibrous materials like jute, Bagasse, coir pith etc. The parts of this machine such as screw conveyor, vibrating screen, feeding hopper vane guide, conveying line with an insulated drying column & conveying line that assist conveyance of wet or moist material with hot air are all made up of high quality materials and latest technology. The extra moisture is got rid with the help of a very powerful low pressure open wheel centrifugal fan. The final yield is ejected with the help of an air tap duct. This machine performs excellently and very rapidly and is also very affordable.
