HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE ( REAR CYLINDER TYPE ) Capacity: 80 Tones to 300 Tones. Bending capacity:2000mm to 4000mm. Thickness of bending: 3.0mm to 16.0mm(ms). Two hydraulic cylinders mounted at rear side, operated through levers. Longer strokes with full tonnage availability throughout the stroke enables use of combination tooling and versatile operation. Instant ram stoppage and quick reverse reduce the chances of accidents and helps avoiding rejections. Three speeds operations:   Approach.   Pressing.   Return. Mode of operations like inching, single cycle & auto cycle. Front end mounting clawis with spherical bearing. Rear end mounting clawis with pin bush. Cylinder tube cold drawn ST 52 grade alloy steel. Piston rods are made from EN 8 (D) Carbon steel, induction hardened, hard chrome plated cylindricaly ground 2 times for a lasting seal life and anticorrosion. Piston one piece carbon steel construction with standard design tolerances and suitable sealing. Glands from special grade steel and easily fetted & removeable without dismenting the cylinder, We are using imported seals of DLI, BELLIED, B+H etc. It is made up of PTFE components BFT, Polyurethene, Nitrial rubber for better performance.

These machines are of steel body and are useful for cutting of mild steel, Alloy steel and Stainless steel of various thickness.
