SMAC Elastobond is an elastomeric heat reflective coating made from a blend of super-polymer emulsions modified with Multi-ceramic and Nano- technology based chemicals. It is an elastic coating which waterproofs & protects roof slabs, walls etc against exces sheat, mild chemicals & cracking related leakages.SMAC Elastobond is a liquid formulation which is an organic polymer combination fortified with multi-ceramic & nano-tech based chemicals. Because of the nature of chemicals in the formulation, heat is effectively reflected from the surface treated & temperature rise is reduced. The coating forms a weather & waterproof barrier over the treated surface. Further, the flexibility of the coat takes care of future cracking, if any, in the substrate.Advantages :

Application Procedure :
While applying SMAC® Elastobond coat, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface of the wall. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Let the surface dry to SSD (saturatedsurfacedry) condition.Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, void set cusing cement mortaror our Bondcrete RP repair compound.
Apply a coat of SMAC® ELAST PREMIER for wall or two coats of SMAC® Bondcrete HR slab sliberally by brush over the surface.Allow the surface to b etouch-dry.
Apply a coat of SMAC® Elastobond on the primed surface by brush. Care must be taken to ensure a uniform coat without brush marks.
The second coat should be applied after the firstcoat is dry to touch.The second coat should be applied per pendicular to the first coat.
Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, scratching & other disturbances. Wash all the tools with water & soap.
Coverage : 5-6 sq. m. per kg on vertical and 2-2.5 sq. m. on horizontal surface in two coats depending on absorption and roughnessApplication Areas :
