Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP fast repair compound.
Let the surface dry completely. Apply a coat of SMAC' EPOPRIME liberally by brush over the surface. Allow the surface to be touch-dry. Mix the resin Et hardener parts of SMAC EPOTOP SLF thoroughly, to get a uniform consistency. Remove any lumps. Apply the SMAC EPOTOP SLF layer over this primer coat by a notched trowel and spiked roller. Allow the layer to cure for 24 hours, after which the treatment is suitable for foot traffic. A wash with our METAL CLEANER is recommended. Let the steel dry completely. Then apply one coat of SMAC ELASTOBOND PU by brush. Apply second coat after about half an hour, before the first coat cures fully.
Full curing time is 1 hour at 30. C and 50.% humidity. In humid weather, full cure time is more; about 3 hours. A uniform surface coat should be formed. Let the film dry completely. Wash the tools and hands by plenty of water and soap. Use protective gloves &goggles.

Application Procedure : Remove all the loose materials to expose the base concrete. Wash the concrete with plenty of water. Wash the concrete with 10% muriatic acid solution. Again wash the concrete With plenty of water. Let the concrete dry to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using our BONDCRETE RP repair compound. Apply SMACSIL-WR liberally by brush or spray over the concrete surface. Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours. Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, rains, foot & other traffic and scorching heat of The Sun. For water retaining structures, let the treatment dry for 72 hours and then fill water into it. Wash all the tools with water & soap.Caution : Protect from splashes on skin & eyes. Use protective gear like goggles, hand gloves etc. In case of accidental splashing, wash with plenty of water. In case of accidental ingestion, do not induce vomiting & immediately seek medical assistance.
