Paper mill rolls, High corrosion resistant is another salient feature of our paper mill rolls, paper machine rolls and steel mill rolls.paper mill rolls are made in special ally categories in different hardness range between 65°-75° shore as suitable. Since most such rolls are usually subjected to high RPM, they are very accurately dynamically balanced. Paper mill rolls have anit-slip surface and can be supplied as ‘Cambered’. Concentricity, Roundness and other dimensions in such are maintained to very low & precise tolerances.

Chilled rolls, We produce Chill Roll Barrels by centrifugal casting. Which is an innovated method of casting and Chill Rolls and with this casting the rolls remain free from pinholes and cracks. The surface of these Rolls gives uniform hardness and deep hardness, which is indispensable for the high quality of Chill Rolls.We also produce Solid Chill Rolls (DPIC) by sand casting technology. The hardness of these Rolls varies from 55-80-shore hardness. at every stage of manufacturing our technical staff endeavors their best to maintain quality.

Cast iron rolls, Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron (S G Iron) or Ductile Iron is considered as one of the most versatile roll materials now a days. It is produced by a small proportion of magnesium added to the melt as nickel-magnesium or alternative alloy, or as pure magnesium. In S G Iron Roll, the free carbon takes the shape of spheroids or nodules, thereby eliminating the notch effect of flake graphite and improving upon the mechanical properties of the cast iron.
