And can also be provided with Stainless steel roller as per costumer requirement. Groove are provided to have proper nib on sugarcane. Axles: Axles are made of graded carbon steel and forced into the roller under hydraulic pressure. They are ground for better life of bearing. Gears: All the gear in gear box are hardened and ground to reduce frictional losses and improve power efficiency. The gears of crusher are also  graded carbon steel material. Bearings : Good quality taper roller bearing and deep groove ball bearing are uses in gear box to reduce the friction losses. And in crusher journal bearing is used of  graded gun metal. Roller gap is adjusted with the help of  tightening the bolt. This help in getting good extraction from different size sugarcane.  Greasing is made easy and clean with a single grease gun. Safety Covers: Safety covers are provided with power coated or stainless steel covers.
