So after the extrusion die used a certain time, it needs to use the nitriding furnace to do hardening process. Nitriding furnace is used the ammonia gas to resolve into nitrogen for nitriding process. Product Description : Nitriding process divides into two kinds: one is gas nitriding which used the ammonia gas for medium: the other is liquid nitriding which used the nitrate liquid as medium also call “salt bath”. We are provide normal type, mean operation by manual, structure is simple and easy to maintain; the furnace structure can meet the extrusion dies nitriding process requirement; reduce cost; and this is good choice.

  In this improved model, ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation) has been provided resulting in weight and size reduction of furnace. The weight and size of the furnace is 1/4 and 30% respectively as compared to brick furnace. The heat up time is less. heat loss is very low-resulting in power saving.

The Company has Oil fired, fixed-Garth, reverberatory Melting-cum-Holding Furnaces having capacities of 5 MT, 6 MT & 15 MT. Molten metal treatments is carried out by an Automatic Flux Feeder in conjunction with "eco-friendly" nitrogen degassing. The presence of hydrogen gas in the molten metal is detected using a Gas detector. Further degassing is carried out, if required, prior to casting. Composition is determined using Direct Reading Vacuum Emission Spectrometer.
