We have developed Bevel gearboxes for various Pharmaceutical Tablet manufacturing operations such as Co-Mill, Delumper, RCVD etc. CO-MILL 1:1 Bevel Gearboxes for speeds 1500 Upto 2500 RPMVarious Models developed so far as follows,A} TECHNOCRAFT 1014 For 1 HPB} TECHNOCRAFT 1016 UPTO 5 HPC} TECHNOCRAFT 1017 UPTO 12.5 HPWe have successfully developed Nylocast Gears (Spiral bevel Gears Material Nylocast Grade MCT-901) for low noise (Less than 70 Decibels) upto 5 HP ( 25NM Torque at 1400 RPM & 35 NM Torque at 1000 RPM)For ranges above these we are using Steel Spiral Bevel Gears (Material SAE 8620 OR EN-353 ) Case Hardened upto 58-62 HRC at Surface and 28-36 HRC at Core and Case Depth 0.6/0.8 MM for better performance, Cylindrically Ground then Teeth lapped in pairs.In both the cases (Material Nylocast as well as Steel) the Spiral bevel Gear teeth are Generated on imported Spiral Gear Generator. The Requirement for CO MILL is summarised as follows:1.Right Angle Bevel Gearbox 1:12.Power of the connected Motor : Operating RPM : In the range of 500 RPM to 2000 RPM3.Material of Construction : All the external surfaces Fabricated out of SS - 316L grade with TC4.External shape : to be inline with GMP guidelines (e.g there should not be any external crevices. Should be smooth…so that the product, which is pharmaceutical powder, easily slides over and falls down)5.All external surfaces should be washable and sterilizable (by steam)6.Exposed plastic/rubber surfaces (for example the seals) of food grade/FDA approved. Viton seals and Food quality grease used.7.Self-sufficient in terms of lifetime lubrication8.No oil spills/leakages DELUMPER MODEL: TECHNOCRAFT 1011 The Bevel Gearbox is used for changing the orientation of rotation by 90 Degrees.The output is derived from combination of Motor and Worm Gearbox.Here speed is low however Torque to be transmitted is high.The Bevel Gearbox 1:1 The Requirement for DELUMPER is summarised as follows:1.Right Angle Bevel Gearbox 1:12.Operating RPM : In the range of 30-60 RPM. Torque 500 NM3.Material of Construction : All the external surfaces Fabricated out of SS - 316L grade with TC4.External shape : to be inline with GMP guidelines (e.g there should not be any external crevices.
