Light weight with ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casting is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel. Heating elements are made of Kanthal A-1 wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy. The temperature control unit consists of highly accurate micro processor based PID & ON OFF Controller (timer facilities available optional), fitted in front of the furnace with two pilot lamps. The apparatus is complete with one thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, and main lead with power plug. To work on 220/230Volts AC or 400/440 Volts AC.

Tray dryer control panel is fully automatic Control Panel is fitted with the tray dryer. It consists of Fuses, MCBs, MCCBs, Starters, Contactors, Safety Relays, Indication Lamps, Push Buttons, Timers, Controllers and Motor Protection Devices, Temperature controller or PID controller. Automatic or Manual mode is available .In Auto mode only necessary settings of temperature are done on Temperature or PID controller then automatically necessary control action is taken by controllers and do heating process. In manual mode, all actions are taken by operator itself. This panel is Tray dryer heating is obtained by Electrical heating, Oil or Steam Heating.
