We are offering truck loading system. usha manufacture hydraulic lifting table from 100 kg capacity upto 10,000 kg capacity having various sizes of platforms, alongwith options such as hand operated lifting, power operated lifting and transporting attachment. the following system can be used for loading materials into trucks depending on individual requirements. type -i: using usha hydraulics hydraulic single scisors platforms available in various capacities as required having a platform size of about 2 x 1 m & height upto 1600 mm. These can be mobile or stationary type. Models upto 1000 kgs can be offered with hand/power operation, however scissors of a higher capacity have to be power operated for lifting movement. type -ii: this is an ideal truck loading system; for both palletised loads or otherwise, wherein one man can load the entire truck load of palletised load. this system consists of a) a usha scissors platform stationary type either pit mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp. This is placed in the area where the truck will be parked for loading. b) pallet trucks (for pallet loads) or simple 4 wheeled trolleys/stackers (for non-palletised loads). these are used for bringing the materials to the scissors platform. A manual stacker (upto 500 kgs) can be used where loads are to be stacked on each other.
