Initial Inspection – Inspection conducted in the very initial stage of production and guidelines are provided to the manufacturer to how to achieve the customer’s expectations. Our technically qualified Quality Assurance Team conducts this inspection and have thorough meeting with the production team and put check points at different stages of manufacturing so that the end product packed will be of acceptable quality.
In-process Inspection – Inspection conducted during the production to make sure that the production team follows all the steps to make sure that the end product comes out with acceptable quality.
Final Inspection – Inspection conducted when 80% of the goods are packed and rest of the goods are in the process of packing. This is a full-fledged inspection that verifies even the packing method.
Fabric and Accessories Inspection – Inspection conducted on the fabric and other accessories to make sure that the raw materials are up to the mark before starting the production.
