Separator table contain flooring sheet and zigzags compartment assembly, made from heavy gauge cold rolled steel sheets, completes with covering of separation table. The support base consists of a steel fabrication, flywheel, two support beams and guide rollers. The drive shaft running on two strong bearings carries the heavy fly wheel. Two beams that move around the centre of the drive base carry special support. Paddy Separator is designed to separate the brown rice from the mixture of paddy and brown rice. The separation is accomplished by passing the grain mix through a series of z shaped baffle compartments mounted on an inclined oscillating table utilizing the difference in the specific gravity and surface texture of the grains.
