Feldspar is by far the most abundant group of minerals in the earth’s crust, forming about 60% of terrestrial rocks. Most deposits offer sodium feldspar as well as potassium feldspar and mixed feldspars. Chemically, the feldspars are silicates of aluminium, containing sodium, potassium, iron, calcium, or barium or combinations of these elements.most of the products we use on a daily basis are made with feldspar: glass for drinking, glass for protection, fiberglass for insulation, the floor tiles and shower basins in our bathrooms, and the tableware from which we eat. Feldspar is part of our daily life.
Basically, the two properties which make feldspars useful for downstream industries are their alkali and alumina content. Feldspars play an important role as fluxing agents in ceramics and glass applications, and also are used as functional fillers in the paint, plastic, rubber and adhesive industries. The glass & ceramic industries are the major consumers of feldspar.

We are offering quartz powder. Quartz is a chemical compound consisting of one part silicon and two parts oxygen. It is silicon dioxide (sio2). It is the most abundant mineral found at earths surface and its unique properties make it one of the most useful natural substances. quartz is the second most common mineral in the earths continental crust. It is made up of a lattice of silica (sio2) tetrahedra.
Quartz goes by an array of different names. The most important distinction between types of quartz is that of macrocrystalline (individual crystals visible to the unaided eye) and the microcrystalline or cryptocrystalline varieties (aggregates of crystals visible only under high magnification).
Its usefulness can be linked to its physical and chemical properties. It has a hardness of 7 on the mohs scale which makes it very durable. It is chemically inert in contact with most substances. It has electrical properties and heat resistance that make it valuable in electronic products. Its luster, color and diaphaneity make it useful as a gemstone and also in the making of glass.

We are offering barite powder. Barite or barytes is chemically naturally occurring barium sulphate (baso4) with nodular particle structure. It receives its name from the greek word “barys” which means “heavy.” this name is in response to barite’s high specific gravity of 4.5, which is exceptional for a nonmetallic mineral. The high specific gravity of barite makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial, medical and manufacturing uses. barite also serves as the principal ore of barium.
Supplied in super snow white (ssw) and off color and it is a fine flow powder. It is insoluble in water and has low oil absorption. This coupled with strong crystalline structure and high refractive index helps it to impart strength.
Barite is generally easy to identify. It is one of just a few nonmetallic minerals with a specific gravity of four or higher. Combine that with its low mohs hardness (2.5 to 3.5) and its three directions of right angle cleavage, and the mineral can usually be reliably identified with just three observations.
Most barite produced is used as a weighting agent in drilling muds. These high-density muds are pumped down the drill stem, exit through the cutting bit and return to the surface between the drill stem and the wall of the well. This flow of fluid does two things: 1) it cools the drill bit; and, 2) the high-density barite mud suspends the rock cuttings produced by the drill and carries them up to the surface.
Barite is also used as a pigment in paints and as a weighted filler for paper, cloth and rubber. The paper used to make some playing cards has barite packed between the paper fibers. This gives the paper a very high density that allows the cards to be “dealt” easily to players around a card table. Barite is used as a weighting filler in rubber to make “anti-sail” mud flaps for trucks.
Barite is the primary ore of barium, which is used to make a wide variety of barium compounds. Some of these are used for x-ray shielding.

About Vaaidehi Minerals : It all starts with the idea of providing best quality and finest particle size talc to the consumers at more reasonable price than the market. We are situated in the very heart of Aravali range of mountains (Rajasthan) which is known for its rich quality marbles and minerals deposits. This makes easy for us to get the raw soapstone for processing and producing different variety of talc as per our customer's demand. We have also installed the most advanced machinery in our factory to provide finest particle size (even less than 2 micron) possible. Moreover, we have direct close contact with our clients ( i.e. no third party or trade agent), which further reduces the pricing, thus benefiting our clientele by all means. Talc – more and more industries are discovering the potential of this unique raw material. Many of the leading manufacturers in these industries are already profiting from our product. Talc is an active ingredient in products that surround us, yet new applications are being developed all the time. Our Talc grades add new features to products and makes processes more efficient. We have dedicated ourselves to this fascinating mineral. We are one of the largest producer of super-fine & ultra-fine grades of talc. The decisive factor for our success is the high, dependably consistent quality of our innovative products, which we can guarantee long-term, thanks to our own talc reserves. Our Vision : "To become a global name in processing and supplying of super-fine & ultra-fine particle size talc and specialty minerals while continuously meeting customers' expectations in terms of product quality and performance". v Top Management : We are an international team comprising of highly qualified colleagues from a broad range of disciplines: mineralogy, chemistry, engineering, business administration and many more.
