Amt techno’s manual batch type pmbcrmb plant is small setup and very useful to customer who does not want to manufacture large verity of modified bitumen. Batch system is also contains premixing tank but capacity is 5,000 litters to 10,000 litters, premixing tank is equipped with agitator for premix. Bitumen is dosed in the premix tank by manually controlled pump and polymer or crumb rubber is manually dosed by manually controlled screw conveyor as per the recipe. Time of premixing tank blending is deepened as per the recipe. One manually controlled pump is connected at premixing tank outlet, after preparation of batch, pump is dose the bitumen and polymer or crumb rubber to hi shear homogenizer. Also there is one option to mount premixing tank on load cell for precise the dosing of bitumen and polymer or crumb rubber.

In pilot plant there is two tanks of 25kg for water and bitumen. Water tank is made from corrosion resist material and equipped with agitator and thermostatically control electrical heating system. While bitumen tank also have the agitator and thermostatically control electric heating system. Bitumen and water soap line is including the pump and flow meters for very accurate dosing to the colloidal mill, bitumen line and colloidal mill also have thermostatically control electric heating cable for prevent the system form choking. After preparation of bitumen and water soap it will be proceed by colloidal mill, flow rate of water soap and bitumen are controlled by the pid controller.
