Steel Reinforced PE Pipe is a NEW KIND of high density polyethylene pipe which is reinforced by steel wire. Steel wires are copper plated, with every cross of steel are spot welded as a net-cylinder structure. HDPE, the stuffing material, is continuously extruded on producing line. The structure is like a reinforced concrete.
Advantages over normal HDPE pipes :
Longer life & cheap over complete life cycle
At the same pressure class SRPE will have thinner wall thickness
Lightweight
Less support required
Fast & cheaper Installation cost.
Resist temperature up to 900 C which is higher than normal HDPE
