VIBRATING FORK LEVEL SWITCHE work on vibration damping principal and are used for material with low densities where rotary paddle switches can not be used. The vibrations also provide self cleaning action, so these level switches can easily be used for materials that stick to probe and tank wall. The electronically stimulated fork vibrates at it’s mechanically resonance frequency of 125 Hz when the fork is free of the service material. The resonance is caused by the piezoelectric crystals. One of the Piezo crystals produces a small voltage which is transmitted to the switching amplifier. If the fork is covered by the bulk material, a damping effect is produced and the Piezo crystal does not produce the voltage and the amplifier will be switched on and a corresponding signal output is actuated. Small depositions on the container wall do not affect the operation of our switch. The switches are supplied with integral electronics and are available in lengths from 250 to 3000 mm. The Vibrating Fork Level Switches are extensively used in building, cement, food dairy, plastic, timber, chemical and mining industries. The VEKSLER TOP MOUNTED FLOAT LEVEL SWITCH (TLS-19) is highly reliable and a low cost instrument. It can be used for small tanks as well as large vessels depending upon individual customer's requirement.It consists of a guide pipe made from SS 304/SS 316, a magnetic float of SS 316 that moves on the tube with rise and fall of level. Hermetically sealed reed switches are housed in the guide pipe. The switches can be fixed at any position through out the length of the pipe. But the position should be defined at the time of order as it cannot be changed at site. The factory set accuracy is +/-5mm. Since it works on magnetic principle, there is no mechanical connection and hence the chances of any wear/tear, fluid contamination are eliminated.The process connection is 3” NB Flange as per ASA 150# or any other standard as per individuals requirement. The Floats are hydro tested to work at 15 Kg/cm2. Floats for higher pressure can also be supplied.   The sensor element consists of a Bimetal combination having different thermal expansion coefficient. This difference in their thermal expansion coefficient produces a mechanical motion. The sensing element of the Controller is installed directly in the process vessel. The temperature changes inside the process will result in the following Incase of a rise in temperature, the inner metal rod will expand and will contract incase of a decrease in temperature. The change in length is proportional to the change in temperature. The outer metal tube has a low expansion coefficient and thus change in length is negligible. But since one end is attached to the inner metal tube, the inner rod moves as the outer tube changes length. The opposite end of inner rod pushes against a floating link. It is held concentric with a spring loaded inner valve. When the temperature decreases, the inner rod applies pressure on the floating link, it causes pivot to move around the adjustment fulcrum point which tilts the inner valve plug thus the output signal increases. The temperature can be adjusted by moving the knob on the fulcrum.   PNEUMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS Introduction   The instrument is provided with two adjustments (a) temperature set Point control and (b) Proportionality control. The temperature can be adjusted and where between - 50° F to + 750° F. The proportionality control is given to set the desirable temperature span. The proportionality control, calibrated from 5 to 60° F corresponds to produce 0.2 - 1 Kg / cm2 output.The orifice in the seat is eccentrically drilled so that while rotating the seat it moves the rifice with respect to the adjusting serew. This regulates the orifice opening with respect to temperature changes.

Micro Valve Level Controllers (Model:MVLC-19)   MICRO VALVE LEVEL CONTROLLERS This is a snap-acting float operated level controller with a 3 way MICRO VALVE. When the level rises and raises the float, it is actuated by two adjustable york-type pusher arms. The pusher arms can be adjusted to accurately control the range of level desired.The valve is in low level position when the liquid level is below the float and it remains the same until the float rises to the pre-set high level.
