The hand pump unit is split into following assemblies PUMP HEAD ASSEMBLY:  It is also called as “Above Ground Mechanism” of the pump consisting of head, handle assembly, water tank & stand. The complete pump is fully hot dip galvanised for production against corrosion. CYLINDER ASSEMBLY:It body is made of Graded Cast Iron having a seamless brass tube fitted in the bore. It also consists of a foot value assembly made of gunmetal as per IS:318-1981, Buckets and sealing rings made of Nitrile rubber. CONNECING ROD:There are 10 Nos. of fully electroplated mild steel bars of 12mm diameter with hexagonal couplers and locknuts welded on both the ends.
