The automatic single head cap sealing machine is manufactured from welded steel frame, enclosed with stainless steel sheet. The conveyor belt is used to move the feed containers. The containers are placed in the star wheel. Then containers are set below the sealing head which is in the subsequent indexing part. The delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, deliver the cap on the bottle. The body and neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head. The threading and sealing is performed perfectly by the sealing head. The conveyor, star wheel and the platform turret are operating by a single motor.The height of the conveyor belt is adjustable to align with other machine of the line. These machines are strictly tested on various quality parameters to meet the defined industry standards.     Process Operation   The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleared in series of operations. A number of trays are provided in this machine. These trays are light weighted and designed such that bottles need not be kept one by one. These trays are directly overturned on to plastic crates containing the bottles. The bottles seat on PVC cups on the trays and the plastic crates are then removed. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold the bottles with their neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. A Hydraulic system pushes the trays into the machine at set intervals. The machine consists of various compartments for different washes. The first section is the hot waterCaustic Soda wash. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. The Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement. In the second, third and fourth sections the bottles are washed in plain water. If required, more sections can be added in this bottle washing process. Each section has its own monobloc set that pump the water in a high-speed jet. TheRinser nozzles are kept below the bottles as well as above the bottles. In each section two trays consisting of 24 bottles are washed at once. The rinsed water falls into a stainless steel tank below and is recycled by the pump. A fine mesh of stainless steel is kept above the tanks and all dirt and dust is collected.
