Description     The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts made out of stainless steel of required grade by customer. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.     Salient Features       The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.     All contact parts are made out of Stainless Steel 304 or 316 quality material as required by customer.     Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.     Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with Stainless Steel cover & limit switch. (In 200 Kgs. & above model)     Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. ( One LH side & one RH side )     Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.     One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffels with mirror polished provided inside the cone.     Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.     All moving parts covered with SS304 covers.     Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.     Panel fabricated from SS304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer & Amp. Meter.     As per customer requirement machine will be provided with left side drive or with right side drive.     The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.     All contact parts are made out of SS304/316(as per customer requirement) quality material.     Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.     Worm reduction gear use for speed reduction.     Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.     Inside & outside of the cone will be polished to the mirror finished.     General structure made out of SS304 and Polished to the matt / mirror finish ( as required by you ) in GMP Model.     All safety guards & covers made out of SS304 in GMP Model.     Hand wheel will be provided for manual tilting of cone.     Safety guards provided with limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in proper position.

The Ribbon Vacuum Mixer Dryer operates at low temperature efficiently under vacuum. It is used for raw materials drying and mixing powder or granules of Pharmaceutical Materials, Crystalline, Insecticides, Pesticides, and Food industry and heat sensitive products. The Ribbon Vacuum Mixer Dryer cannot operate at low Temperature easily as it gets oxidized and is poisonous by nature. The Ribbon Vacuum Mixer Dryer is specially designed with a Double Helical Ribbon Agitator type blade by rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box which consists of a jacketed cylindrical shell with rotator. During the rotation of the stirrer, there is provision for application of vacuum inside the shell and circulation of heating media in the jacket. As the product gently moving while the ribbon stirrer rotates, the large heating surface area presented by the internals of the cylindrical shell ensures uniform drying of the product. A fresh layer comes into contact with the indirectly heated walls of the shell when the diffusive action is induced by the mixing stirrer constantly. A well designed sealing system ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket and also enables maintenance of deep vacuum inside the shell. It is a simple versatile mixer which can also mix semi wet material. Ribbons of various designs are available to handle different materials. The mixer consists of a cylindrical shell inside which rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner and outer ribbons. During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift, convey and intermix the material to get a homogenous mass in short intervals. Discharge is from the bottom by a quick opening valve.  This type of Ribbon mixer is made up of S.S. or M.S. material. The sides of theRibbon blender are also made up of S.S. or M.S. material. It consists of a centre shaft of appropriate diameter and are either made of S.S. or M.S.material. The centre shaft is fitted with specially designed agitator blades in order to provide contraflow action. All the material in the mixer is constantly circulated from one end to the other. In larger mixer it is provided with inner and outer ribbons Sweeps maybe added to the outer ribbon to provide through clean out. The outer ribbons move ingredients towards the discharge while the inner ribbons contantly circulated material in opposite direction. The either ends of the vessel are provided with stuffing boxes on the shaft diameter. This stuffing box prevents leakage of material and also prevents material from entering into the bearings. The shaft is supported on heavy duty pedestals. The Ribbon Blender mixer is provided with a hopper and discharge. Ribbon Blender consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated ribbon agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical blades. The outer ribbon moves materials toward the center of the trough, and the inner ribbon moves the materials toward the outside of the trough.
