Sealing cracks in wooden and metal patterns/fabrications. Sealing and insulating cable terminals, cable entry into switch boxes, machines etc. Sealing leakages in transformers, oil-circuit breakers and other switchgear. Filling body dents & cracks Sealling leakages in radiators, petrol/diesel tanks, water tanks, engine blocks etc. Repairing and sealing of all sanitary applications. Moulding into decorative articles.   How to Apply: Take equal quantities(length) of resin and hardener. Kneed till uniform colours are obtained. Apply on a dirt-free, clean surface. Machining, drilling, polishing can be done after 24 hours. Applications of indirect heat accelerates the setting.

Take equal quantities(by volume) of resin and hardener of ARALDITE Steel Epoxy. Mix the resin and hardner until it forms a uniform colour, after mixing use it within 4 minutes (at 25 degree Celsius) Apply a thin coat of the mixture on both the surfaces. Hardens in 10 minutes, can be matched after 1 hour, attains full strength in 2-3 hours.

Features: Worlds Strongest Bond Versatile No Shrinking after curing Prevents sagging Rapid setting in 10 minutes Odourless Uses: ARALDITE Rapid bonds anything to anything like metals, ceramic, marble, plastic, glass, wood, rubber etc. ARALDITE Rapid is ideal for emergency repairs.    How to Apply: Clean both the surfaces to be bonded. Take equal quantities(by volume) of resin and hardener of ARALDITE Rapid. Mix the resin and hardner until it forms a uniform colour, after mixing use it within 10 minutes (at 25 degree Celsius) Apply a thin coat of the ARALDITE Rapid mixture on both the surfaces. Join the surfaces and apply pressure using tape, clamps or band. Remove the pressure after 3 - 5 minutes. Full strength is achieved in 2 - 3 hours.

Carpet Manufacturing.     How to Apply: Clean both the surfaces to be bonded. Stir the container well before the application with a wooden stick / glass rod. Dilution is not recommended, as it is a ready to use material. Apply a thin coat of Araldite KARPENTER PVA on both or one side(as per requirement) Spread the adhesive evenly in about 5 - 10 minutes. Press the two surfaces together and keep it under pressure till the adhesive is completely dried. Pressure can be in form of clamps, nails, wooden support, etc. The excess adhesives on joint / sides should be wiped out with a wet cloth. The pressured can be removed in after 5 - 6 hours in case of hot climate and whereas the pressure can be removed after 20 to 24 hours in case of Monsoon or Cold climates.   Precautions & Limitations: Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. Wash hands thoroughly after handling Store under ideal conditions in cool & dry place.

ARALDITE Standard is a two component epoxy adhesive and bonds strongly almost anything to anything.   Features: Worlds Strongest Bond Versatile No Shrinking after curing Prevents sagging   Uses: ARALDITE Standard bonds anything to anything like metals, ceramic, marble, granite, most plastic/PVC, ivory, asbestos, glass, wood, leather rubber etc. However it is not suitable for plastics like HDPE, PTFE and silicon rubber.      How to Apply: Clean both the surfaces to be bonded. Take equal quantities(by volume) of resin and hardener of Adralite Standard. Mix the resin and hardner until it forms a uniform colour. Apply a thin coat of the mixture on both the surfaces. Join the surfaces and apply pressure using tape, clamps or band. Remove the pressure after 6 -8 hours. Full strength is achieved in 24 hours.
