Our Rafractory division for the Supply and Installation was established in the year 1995 on receipt of the contract from Ms Sarvesham Construction Company Private Limited Ms. Toyo Engineering India Limited for the Sulphur Recovery Unit No.1of Ms. Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited. We developed our own product Silicaplast Postassium Cement equivalent to Resco APC imported one which was approved by Ms.Toyo Engineering and Mangalore Refinery for the application in monolithic castable lining of Flue Gas Stack of height 71 Meter. Beside this Flue Gas stack for Managalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited we have done the other stack for Tail Gas Heater to the height of 57 Meter with Insulyte monolithic castable.We have been offered the Sulphur Recovery Unit II by Ms. Toyo Engineering India Ltd. for Managalore refinery MRPL-II in 1998 for the refractory lining, Refractory Castable Lining, Refractory Brick Lining , Insulation Brick lining of the material imported from Ms.KTI, Rome for Sulphur Recovery Unit No.I equipments like Waste Heat Boilers, Incineratore,Thermal Reactors. For sulphur Recovery Unit II & III of Ms.Mngalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited the same application also has been carried out by us in the Year 1998-99 for Refractory work with imported material of Ms. KTI, Rome for Waste Heat Boilers, Thermal Reactors, Incineractors etc.

( i ) Epoplast Acid proof cement ( Epoxy ) : Epoplast is a paste type epoxy based resin cement and resistant to non-oxidizing acid, alkalies, salts and solvents and can withstand maximum temperature 1000C. ( ii ) Furoplast Acid proof cement : Furoplast is furan resin based cement and resistant to acids, alkalies, salts,solvents, greases, detergents and withstand maximum temperature 1900C. Due to its outstanding chemical resistant property to both acids, and alkalies, oils, solvents and with temperature resistant 1900C,it is widely used in acid proof installation. ( iii ) Phenoplast Acid Proof cement : Phenoplast is phenolic resin cement for all concentrations of non-oxidizing acids, acidc salts, concentrated sulphuric acid and neutral salts , salts, solvents and withstand maximum temperature1800C. ( iv ) polyplast Acid proof cement : Polyplast is a polyester resin based cement and it is resistant to non-oxidizing acids, certain oxidizers, acids and neutral salts, some organic solvants and weak alkalies upto pH 11and withstand the maximum temperature 1400C. ( v ) Sulphurplast Acid proof cement : The plastisized sulphur cement supplied in blocks to be heated at site and to be hot pour through tile joints. Its good chemicals resistant to most of acids including oxidizing agents in moderate strength and is employed as a jointing materials for floor, tanks, etc. and withatand maximum temperature 80C. ( vi ) Silicaplast Acid proof cement : Silicaplast is a silicate cement either of Sodium Silicate or Potassium Silicate base used to solve problems involving oxidizing acids. It is the only cement that will resist high concentrations of these aggressive corrosives. It also has a much higher temperature limit than other resin and sulphur based material and for that reason it is used for the construction of chimneys, incinerators, roastors, and other high temperature equipments.Maximum temperature 8000 C.

( vii ) C.N.S.L. Acid proof cement :This cement is resistant to most of acids, alkalies and most hydrocarbon suitable for alternative and alkali condition, unsuitable to solvent, grease and oil. Temperature Range 1700C.

Our coating protects building, plant, equipment, structure and the pipe line from splash and fumes :( i ) There is no one coating for every possible application.
