Pack-Make Engineer’s batch roller is a highly efficient and versatile machine. It consists of four stainless steel rolls fitted in a technical manner. The rolls are different in diameter. The rolls are driven at a specific rpm by using gearbox so that batch stays in batch roller and comes in desired shape. The motion of rolls is first forward for some seconds ,it has no motion for further seconds and then backward motion for a desired seconds. The time of forward , hold and backward motion can be set as per the requirements. The batch is firstly kept in batch roller. It is started and batch rolls and forms in conical shape. Then for feeding in rope sizer the batch roller can be lifted from backwards using manual power. This allows the batch to move forward and easily feed into rope sizer.
