YR-450J CNC circular winding machine for voltage transformer is a high-precision device independently researched and developed by our Company according to the technology requirements of domestic voltage transformer industrtry. It has the following features:on R-shaped enclosed iron core of voltage transformer that has been treated, clamp the winding framework with the special supporting ring, directly wrap the secondary coil around the framework.Because the iron core needn't to be cut, this avoids its performance damage and improves the comprehensive electric performance of transformer. It shortens the size of transformer, so as to improve the economic benefit greatly This machine adopts the international most advanced PLC control technology, with the advantages of complete function and simple operation. It can perform the forward and reversal winding and counting operation, power failure protection, wire disconnection protection, stop brake, setup of winding position, location and fault prompt, meanwhile, it can set the procedures and display the operation state through the touch panel, and, its Chinese interface can properly display the wire diameter, rotation speed ,number of turns and number of layer. Its main shaft control adopts the frequency-conversion stepless speed adjustment, with the characteristics of short driving chain, large driving torque, wide speed adjustment range, low noise and so on; its speed control has two modes: automatic setup and foot switch speed adjustment, which take the great convenience for user ' s operation, Its wire arranging operation is finished by the stepping motor and high-precision ball spline, the control precision can reach as high as 0.001mm. The counting operation adopts the light-grid rotary encoder, the output rotation speed and angle signal are traced with the data, so as to keep the main shaft rotation and wire arranging motion very precise, the error is within 0. 1%, the tension controller employs the West Germany damping device, so as to solve the domestic winding operation difficulty such as the wire easy disconnection or coil loosing and dropping for the tension unbalance and easy fluctuation.
