And we have two types in it with stud type and loop type anchorage system. The reinforced elastomeric slab joints are recommended for upto 80MM movements. The joint accommodates the movements by shear deformation of the elastomer and opening & closing of grooves at upper & lower surfaces. The maximum movement is limited with gap width.
