Green capcicum are also known as green bell peppers. They are round, firm and have a moist texture, often used when they are raw. They are added to many savoury dishes, Curries, noodles, mushrooms and pizzas. They can also be consumed raw with some kind of dip for better taste. Capcicum are rich in vitamin A, C and dietary fibre.
