Heavy Duty Chiller Plant ( 2.0 to 11 TR ) is highly useful to produce Chilled Water through Plated Heat Exchanger (PHE) to obtain desired temperature quickly. PHE is used in place of Tradition Cooling Coil. The Chiller Plant will be fabricated with extremely high standard, high quality of finish, which matches the performance, with emphasis on reliability and economy of use. The use of most up to date Autonics programmable temperature controller and high efficiency, low noise Emerson Copland Compressor shall make it to be currently the best available and with attractive super fine powder coated exterior will enhance any test facility. How it Work: Inlet of source water from water storage tank is connected to the plant and chilled water is return to tank again & again in recirculation and 2000 Ltrs of water is chilled within 2-3 hours if using 2.0 TR plant. Capacity of the Chiller Plant : 2.0 TR to 11.0 TR. Outlet Water Temperature from Chiller Plant : 5ºC @ 20 Ltrs per Min. Structure : Self standing, floor mounted mechanical structure with heavy duty Powder Coated Frame work. Refrigeration System : Heavy Duty, Continuous Duty Cycle, Low Noise Emerson Compressor with complete allied refrigeration accessories along with CFC Free refrigerant will be used for reliable operation. Controller system : The Standard high performance temperature controller with display and temperature sensor, NO NC, HP & LP Sensor is used for Auto-Cuts, safety of compressor and hassle free operation.
