AT-MTM Multi Mill is used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization, milling, shredding and grading in pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticides and food industries. The machine is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly finished body, having a stainless steel hopper, sieve chamber with rotor assembly driven by a motor and an outpur chamber. Material is feed in hopper which leads it to rotor assembly having 12blades and 2scrapers where it got crushed, then passes out from screen of the sieve chamber in desired size and finally got out from drain of output chamber. Salient Features : Machine designed with cGMP standard. Machine structure is made from S.S.304 / S.S. 316 Quality. High speed milling, granulating, pulverizing, mixing and size reduction of wet & dry material. 4 variable speeds of rotor by step pulley. Different size of screen can be changed for different grading of material. Provided with castor wheels for easy movement. Low noise level, low power consumptions. Higher output as compared to other systems of milling. Direction of blades can be changed by forward- reversible switch.
