This is triple walled incubator.  Outer wall made of mild steel powder coated; middle wall & inside wall shall be made of stainless steel 304 qlty.  There shall be mineral wool insulation of 50mm between mild steel and second wall of water jacket provides stable temperature uniformity.  Microprocessor control allows to set temp. from 5 deg.c above ambient to 70 deg.c and read out to 0.1 deg.c calibration having PID with 4 ramp & 4 soaks.  Full length toughened glass inside permits visual checks without disturbing thermal condition.  Door and water jacket design eliminate condensation on the incubator walls.  Heating elements are made of copper pipe in water jacket inhibits bacteria growth. Adjustable leveling feet compensate for uneven surface.  Incubator shall be supplied with 3 nos. shelves for having 6 nos. shelves positions to work on 200-220 V AC. 50 Hz.
