Validity of tender : the tender shall be valid for at least 45 days from the date of the tender. The opening dates for applying for tender bids in sealed formats is 13th of june, 2014 and the closing date and time is 31st of july, 2014 at 15:00 hours. eligibility requirements : to be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet and submit proof of the requirements and documents as detailed at appendix 2. anti-bribery and anti-collusion : the tenderer shall abide by the probity requirements at appendix 3. submission of tender : please submit the duly completed and signed form of tender (appendix 4) and declaration appendix 5 (attachment of appendix 3) in a sealed envelope marked conspicuously “confidential – tender document for provision of construction services at nrecs: name of the state - city states – cities” and send to the tender box : national real estate consulting services, 1st floor, southern park building, district centre d-2, saket, new delhi-110017 on or before 15:00 hrs, 31st july, 2014. Late submission will not be considered. ​ for any specific city cities if adequate numbers of tender bids are received before the closure date, nrecs shall have the right of not accepting any further tender bids.
