But conventional ground rods are typically insufficient for industrial uses where target resistance can be less than 1 ohm. The TEKSO-TUBE uses high sensitive electronic equipment to achieve a constant and low-impedance electrical path to the earth, even changing the soil conditions.Large surface area: The wider 2-3 inch diameter provides a larger surface area for a better connection to the earth.Electrolytic Material: In the presence of moisture, these materials dissolve and seep out of leach holes along the electrode. The electrolytic material continually increases the soil’s conductivity, further reducing impedance and resistance. Soil augmentation: TEKSO-TUBE Contains a combination of materials which optimize the conductivity of the soil , increases moisture retention and corrosion reducing elements, so that a total enhancement happens which increases the system efficiency. Easy refills: Every TEKSO-TUBE comes with a standard removable cap and access cover for easy maintenance of the ground electrolytic material to be refilled. Test Joint: The test joint of this pipe is one foot long stranded tape exothermically welded to the body. Our Products have four times more surface area than a traditional ground rod. This larger surface area helps create the low-impedance connection required to safely channel high-frequency lightning currents to earth. We can reduce these risks more effectively than other ground rods by providing the most efficient earth interface. In addition, it meets or exceeds relevant design codes and safety standards for protection of personnel, property, and sensitive equipment.

We offer cathodic protection equipment. Natural air cooled or oil cooled indoor or outdoor, wall mounted or base mounted. Ac operated, dc operated, ac/dc operated and solar power operated. Units are designed to work under severe environmental conditions with temperature range up to 55 c ambient & protection class upto ip55 / ip56 & ip65. All transformers are designed to give low losses and high efficiencies. The core material is high grade, high permeability, low loss crgo silicon steel. The coils are wound with high conductivity, annealed, insulated electrolytic copper conductors. The insulation material used is of high standard to suit class f grade. The transformers manufactured and tested as per iec76, bs 171 standards. Rectifiers are based on international quality diodes and silicon controlled rectifiers. Rectifier circuits have different circuit topology based on customer need, specification and efficiency. Single phase bridge is used up to 5kw output and above that three phase bridge or hexa-phase with inter phase transformer scheme is used for higher efficiency. Rectifiers are designed and tested as per iec 146 standards. Generally following protection is provided: - fast acting electronic over current limit & short circuit protection for output. - mcb and / or hrc fuses in ac input, dc output for short circuit protection, overload protection & on/off operation. - glass cartridge fuses in the live line of all lamps & in the auxiliary power lines to control circuit.
