Autotransformer can have steps of 16, 24 or 64 as per customer specification.The DC output voltage of the TRU in this mode is controlled by stepless separate autotransformer connected in primary of main transformer.In this mode, the unit can be operated in either constant voltage or constant current mode. In constant voltage mode the DC output voltage will be adjustable from 0 to rated value in stepless manner by means of a voltage setter potentiometer. DC Voltage regulation will be better than 0.5%. Construction : Enclosures are fabricated from CRCA MS sheet of up to 3.0 mm / 10 SWG thicknesses. Special type of enclosures made from Stainless steel, aluminum or glass reinforced polyester are also provided as per customer specification. Polycarbonate window is provided for viewing meters and indications. Lockable doors are provided in the front and back. Oil tanks are fabricated from CRCA MS sheet up to 3.00mm/ 10 SWG thicknesses. Control cabinet is fabricated from CRCA MS sheet up 2.5mm/12 SWG thicknesses. Oil tank is provided with oil filling inlet, oil drain, oil sight gauge & silica gel breather. Sunshades are provided as per customer specification. Enclosures are cleaned with seven tank process. Zinc rich primer is applied on cleaned surface and painted with coats of epoxy baked paint of desired shade. Special type of painting process like hot zinc spray or polyurethane paint can also be provided as per customer’s specification.
