CUSTOM RUBBER CLEATING: Our cleats and chevrons are attached with the belt using a proprietary rubber vulcanizing process. For greater durability and utmost service life, we use high grade compounds. THERMO WELDED PVC CLEATS: We use hot thermo-weld for our PVC cleats to form a harmonized blend of cleat and cover. Our blend provide outstanding cut as well resistance against chemical and is equally stronger as the cover to the carcass. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life.
