Objectives of the experiment :
To demonstrate the operation of the 4-line to 16- line decoder.
To demonstrate how this can be used to sequence among any number of states, between one and fifteen. (This is called a PROGRAMMABLE SEQUENCER with 4 binary inputs and 16 outputs).
To demonstrate the operation of IC-74154 chip as a 1 of 16 demultiplexer.
