Special Features

Applications
Allow all new masonry surfaces to dry out completely.
Remove all loose or defective paint or powdery residue by scraping.
Treat any areas affected by mould, liches, algae and moss
Fill up minor cracks and defects with Brill care wall putty or Malco wall putty.
Allow to dry completely, then sand with emery paper to smoothen the surface. The powders from sanding are to be wiped out completely.
Then apply another coat of Brill coat cement primer on the puttied surface.
Thinning
Add 1 part by weight of water to 2 parts by weight of primer for brushing consistency
Apply by brush
Coverage
The approximate covering capacity is 100 to 125 sq.ft per litre per coat , if used in a correct way but it depends on surface condition / preparation and porosity of the surface.
